Important Dates and Deadlines

July 27, 2026 - Geneva College Application Opens.
There is no fee to submit an application between August 1 and November 15. After November 15, 2024, applications will require a $45 application fee.

August 20, 2026 - Application, Visits, Value - How to Apply to College livestream event at 7 p.m. View the archived discussion.

September 15, 2026 - Early applicants will begin receiving admission decisions.

October 1, 2026 - Families can begin filing the 2027–28 FAFSA.
According to the office of Federal Student Aid (FSA), the 2027–28 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) form will be available to the public on October 1, 2026.

October 27, 2026 - Faith, Programs, Outcomes - Everything you need to know about Geneva College livestream event at 7 p.m.

November 13, 2026 - Fall Open House

November 15, 2026 - Applications submitted after this date will cost $45.

December 1, 2026 - Affordability, Financial Aid & Scholarships - The information you need for financing your education livestream event at 7 p.m.

December 31, 2026 - Deadline for $750 "Book a Visit Grant".
High school seniors and transfer students who have completed a campus visit to Geneva College qualify for this visit grant as part of their financial aid award after they visit and apply before the deadline. Student must be admitted and enrolled to Geneva College to receive the award.

January 2027 - Housing Application Opens for Fall 2027.
Admitted students who have committed to Geneva College will be able to complete the housing application for first-round housing assignment.

January 23, 2027 - Application deadline for students to receive an invitation to compete for a position in Geneva's Honors Program and Scholarship Competition.
Students who have earned a cumulative GPA ≥ 3.6 in conjunction with a SAT ≥ 1200 (evidence-based reading and writing + math) or ACT ≥ 25, or CLT ≥ 78 will receive an invitation to attend the Honors Program and Scholarship Competition held on Saturday, February 7, 2025.

February 23, 2027 - Dorms, Discipleships, Clubs - Becoming part of Geneva's community livestream event at 7 p.m.

March 1, 2026 - Geneva Tuition Promise Deadline.
Eligible students must submit an application for admission to Geneva College and must add Geneva College to their submitted FAFSA by March 1, 2026.

March 2027 - Spring Open House

April 2027 - Course Registration Opens for For 2027.
Accepted students who have committed to Geneva College will be able to register for classes.

May 1, 2027 - PA State Grant Deadline.
The PA State Grant is offered to Pennsylvania residents who meet PHEAA’s eligibility criteria. Pennsylvania students should submit FAFSA by May 1, 2027. After submitting the FAFSA through studentaid.gov, students’ information is transferred to PHEAA as part of the state grant application. 

June 2027 - Summer Orientation for Committed Students.
Students who are admitted and committed to Geneva College will be invited to attend Summer Orientation.

August 2027 - Welcome Week / Classes Start.
Students who are admitted and committed to Geneva College will arrive on campus for Welcome Week. All new students (freshmen and transfer) are required to attend Welcome Week activities.
