
Christian School Counselor Workshop
September 30 - October 2, 2025Geneva College is honored to host this free workshop for Christian high school counselors. This event is co-sponsored by NACCAP (North American Coalition for Christian Admission Professionals) and Geneva College, Beaver Falls, PA. Select Christian high school counselors will attend workshops, participate in round table discussions regarding issues of particular interest to Christian school counselors and have ample time to network with other professionals.

Keynote Speaker: We are excited that Dr. Walt Mueller will be our keynote speaker at this year’s Fly In/Drive In Workshop. Dr. Mueller is the founder and President of the Center for Parent/Youth Understanding, a non-profit organization serving schools, churches, and community organizations across the U.S, Canada, and worldwide in their efforts to strengthen families. Walt has been working with young people and families for over 35 years. He is a recognized authority on youth culture and family issues, and has appeared on numerous media outlets internationally to discuss teenagers and their world.

Walt and his wife Lisa live in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, have four children and six grandchildren.
Host Hotel: TBD (No need to make a reservation, we've got that covered!)
Transportation: You will make your own travel arrangements and Geneva College will cover all transportation costs whether flying or driving. Please do not commit to travel arrangements until you receive final confirmation from us in early August.
Cost to Attend: All expenses (travel, lodging, meals, and event registration) are covered by Geneva College. If you are flying: Arrive in Pittsburgh no later than 5 p.m. on September 30; Depart Pittsburgh no earlier than 3 p.m. on Oct. 2; be sure to send us your flight itinerary, reimbursements will be issued post-event. Reimbursements will be made to all attendees after the event.
